Smile volunteers often build up strong relationships with people and a love for the place where they worked. As they serve alongside long-term workers and get to know a different culture, friendships are formed and real partnerships in the gospel develops. It is fantastic (and ideal) when these relationships continue and keep developing long after the Smiler has returned home. At Crosslinks we love to help people maintain these relationships in three ways. We enable people to give to financially support those with whom they have worked, to pray for the ongoing work and sometime to go back for a visit.
